Coach Scherr-Wells is in her first year at Evansville, a team that won only six total games all of last season. They have already tied that mark at 6-4, as of the recording of this episode, heading into Missouri Valley Conference play. Coach also has a interesting origin story, starting as a manager for Michigan Women's Basketball and working her way up to where she is now, as a head coach at the NCAA Division 1 level.
