In today's episode of Nothing but Net with Debbie Antonelli we are joined by the "Arizona Trifecta," Aari McDonald, Cate Reese and Sam Thomas of Arizona Women's Basketball. This group is the nucleus of a team that has improved from 6 wins just a couple seasons ago, to a top 10 team this season. 

Aari, Cate and Sam talk to Debbie about the hard-work the team puts in behind the scenes that has elevated them to the next level. Each player has accepted their roles for the betterment of the team. Working in the gym, watching film and bonding as a unit are the keys to their success.

Each of them praise Arizona Head Coach Adia Barnes as being the perfect leader, always helpful, great at giving advice and genuinely concerned for their well-being on and off the court.

They also speak about the importance of making their mark and leaving a legacy in the Pac-12 and at the University of Arizona, respectively. 

Even though COVID-19 has forced a lot of changes in this area, they three players make sure to give love to the fanbase they have at UA. They believe the fans are a huge plus for the program, always supportive and are very much appreciated.
